Ceres of Qor

This dark and foreboding figure carries the stench of a thousand years on him, and his evil can be felt from yards away. Black inky tendrils seem to dart in and out of the cloak, giving the illusion that Ceres never stops moving. You try to get a look at his face only to be repulsed at the sight of pure nothingness.
